Prayer Night & Baptism

Prayer Night :

"The first Wednesday of each month Lakeshore comes together in prayer. The night includes worship, devotion and a time to pray over one another, the community and the world. Scripture teaches that we are called to be ""devoted to prayer."" This is one of the many ways Lakeshore seeks to live this out and glorify God together. Colossians 4:2 "

Baptism:

We believe that Christian baptism by immersion in water is a public identification with Jesus Christ in His death, burial and resurrection. Although baptism is not required for salvation, it is commanded of all believers and is for believers only (Mat 28:19-20; Acts 2:38, 41; Acts 18:8). Scripture shows that a person was baptized after personally trusting in Christ for the forgiveness of their sins and for salvation. The waters of baptism are a symbol of death, burial, and resurrection to the newness of life that happens when a person becomes a new creation in Christ (Col 2:12; 2 Cor 5:17;Romans 6:1-4). If you’re interested in being baptized, register (here).
