The Apostle Paul was known for his grace and grit. He was a bold force in spreading the Good News. You and I have benefited a great deal from Paul’s ministry. What is often overlooked about the ministry of Paul is that he knew how to delegate. He surrounded himself with a group of people with many different talents and gifts. The ability to delegate small and large tasks allowed Paul to minister all over the known world. As he would minister in one town he was also raising up pastors and leaders so that when he left others could step in and do the job.
If God has called you to lead, you must learn how to delegate. Those that don’t, burn out. Look around you; who has God put in your life to lighten your load? One of the greatest things a leader can do is raise up other leaders and workers, as the harvest is truly great.
Love you church!
