Well, the first step to studying the bible may be so simple, that it’s often overlooked. That first step would be OPEN THE BIBLE. That’s right, just open your bible. As simple and easy as that sounds, it’s usually the step that blocks most of us from letting God’s word guide us. It’s kind of like driving a car. You can’t drive the car unless you first open the car and get in it. We can make excuses on why we don’t want to open the door and get in the car, but the truth is, you’ll never get to your destination unless you take that first step. So what are you waiting for?
